Birthday Flipbook

The first week of October is one of my friend's birthday.. Last year I sent her my first attempt of a pocket letter, which I shouldn't confess wasn't great..

This year I wanted to send her a flipbook.
Which is all the craze at the moment in the world of crafting, snail mail.. I should confess I have been practising..

My friend loves the colour of turquoise / blue
 and dinos.

The first thing I made was her birthday card...

I love how this turned out, so flaming cute!

Then I made a dinosaur bookmark and the flipbook.
This is how it turn out.

The front page had a pocket for the birthday card I sent and a tag flap housing the Dino paper clip..

Inside on the first page I was another pocket, with paper I used to make the Flipbook and some Halloween embellishments I made inspired by Yenny @storytaleshop on Instagram..

The little envelopes on the pockets had some washi tape samples

Above is some of the embellishments I made , these are the ones I sent.

Middle page I sent some different colour beads. The next page I put some happy Dino stickers on and attached a tag flap with what I'm up to on!

Below are the goodies I sent her

Last year I sent her some dino stamped pictures and kept some for myself. But I never used them so I popped them into the Flipbook too. With some flowers I diecutted myself

Above is some of the other goodies I sent, one side had gems and the other side I sent some brown and gold Dino stickers.. I got those years ago at the Dorchester Poundland..
